At BLSA<\/strong>, day sailing, racing or a day of shore side activities IS MUCH MORE FUN<\/strong> with great participation<\/strong> from the membership. Whether we’re sharing stories on the dock<\/strong>\u00a0at the end of a regatta, watching the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year we’re doing something a little different by scheduling a reoccurring monthly social event held at Kent’s Harbor’s Picnic Pavilion the second Saturday of each month of the sailing season starting at 5pm. These events are also in our Calendar and FB group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

stars come out during an all-night raft-up party, or celebrating the year at our annual banquet in November, BLSA members<\/strong> have a full calendar<\/strong> of fun events aimed at building community and making memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BLSA<\/strong> coordinates a monthly series of cookouts<\/strong> from April to October. Club members volunteer to host the cookout asking participants to bring dishes for potlucks, varieties of wines for wine tastings, or any range of family-friendly meals and activities. Near the beginning of each season we gather a group at Hanna Creek to help sailors raise their mast. This is scheduled on the calendar, but if you cannot attend, reach out to us directly using the contact form or on the Facebook group. Members are always willing to help out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
