In 2026 we have two series of races and a special Pig Regatta. For the spring and fall series, best 6 out of 10 for each individual series, and best 12 of 20 for the Club Championship. Each series will have a make up day at the end of each series. Each race will have a skippers meeting at 2:30pm at the Hanna Creek Docks followed by race start at 3pm
Each race will need volunteer(s) to setup the course and run the committee boat/manage the races. For those interested in volunteering there will be impromptu training available at socials. If you are interested in volunteering to help let us know!

Good wind, great racing with 7 racers showing up to enjoy the day. Collision at the start between Wicked Witch and Red, with Wicked Witch performing 720 penalty. If you’re a time traveler from the future, please go back in time and tell Dallace to night fly the chute today!

- ’26 Spring Race 1
Winds out of the NE at 6-14kts throughout the race on average. Start was between buoy 3&4 exiting Hanna Creek, and rounding a ‘runaway’ buoy off the fairfield dock. The start was the downwind portion where multiple spinnakers showed their faces giving those boats an advantage.
- ’25 Fall Race 8
A light turnout for the last race of the season. The wind was ‘ok’ building and turning into an incredible sailing day (after the race). This wraps up the 2025 BLSA Racing season!
